Symptoms

  • Processing stops or won’t start.
  • You see a low-credits or “insufficient credits” message.

Fix Steps

Check your balance

In the sidebar, open Credits and look at Available Credits.

Purchase credits

Click Purchase Credits and complete the checkout. (The Add Credits button next to the balance is for 9Pic staff only — customers use Purchase Credits.)

Retry processing

Return to 9Pic Photo → Overview and run Process Photos again.
Some organisations use custom billing and may not see self-serve top-ups. If Purchase Credits isn’t available, email support@9pic.ai.
