Certificate Types
1. Regular Certificate
- Shows participant race details like finish time, position, and event category.
- Best for standard completion certificates.
2. Personalized Certificate
- Includes all regular certificate details.
- Also supports participant photo placement.
- Design must include transparent areas where photos should appear.
Certificate Ratios
Any image aspect ratio is supported. On upload, 9Pic detects the artwork ratio and uses it for the participant canvas (snapping to a common label only when the match is effectively exact). Common recommendations (not required):- Landscape:

Participant Data Requirements (CSV)
Your CSV should include these fields:- BIB Number (Required): unique participant ID, for example
101orA205 - Full Name (Required): participant name as registered
- Gender (Required): for example

Submission Checklist
- Final certificate designs exported at the intended print/digital ratio (any W:H; common presets recommended)
- Personalized design has transparent photo area (if used)
- CSV includes required columns
- Time fields follow
