9Pic Certify is a Pro plan feature (Pro and Enterprise). This tab appears only after initial Setup is complete.

Overview

The Records tab manages the participant records each certificate is generated for. If your data source is self-managed or a proxy upload, a CSV uploader appears here so you can bring records in from a spreadsheet.

Upload Records from a CSV

When your source is self-managed or proxy, use the upload flow to import records.
1

Prepare your CSV

Match the columns Certify expects (for example bib/name/category/time, depending on your template’s fields).
2

Upload

Use the upload flow at the top of the Records tab to import the CSV. Records are matched to your source and template.
3

Verify

Review the imported records in the list below before publishing.

Manage Records

The record manager lists every participant record. You can add a record manually, edit an existing one, or remove records that shouldn’t receive a certificate.
Records are the third prerequisite for Certify. You need at least one record (plus a source and a template) before the working tabs unlock.
