Overview

The Publish tab is the final step: it generates and makes certificates available to participants. Once published, participants can find and download their certificate alongside their event photos.

Before You Publish

Make sure you’ve completed the earlier steps:
  • A data source is connected — see Certificate Design.
  • At least one certificate template is designed.
  • Participant records are added or uploaded — see Records.

Review the summary

Confirm the records and template that will be used.

Publish

Run the publish action to generate certificates and make them available to participants.

Re-publish after changes

If you update a template or records later, return here and publish again to refresh certificates.
