9Pic Checkout is a Beta, Enterprise plan feature. Coupons only work once checkout is live with at least one published package.

Overview

The Coupons tab lets you create discount codes buyers enter at checkout. Search existing codes, activate or deactivate them in bulk, and export codes to CSV.
If no package is published yet, a notice reminds you that coupons take effect only after buyers can check out.

Common Questions

Yes. Use the optional package restriction in the coupon builder, or create a coupon directly from a package editor with the package pre-selected.
Flat discounts use currencies already present in your event’s packages — not the full gateway currency list.
Inactive codes can be reactivated quickly. Archived codes are retired from day-to-day use but kept for records.
