Overview
The Coupons tab lets you create discount codes buyers enter at checkout. Search existing codes, activate or deactivate them in bulk, and export codes to CSV.If no package is published yet, a notice reminds you that coupons take effect only after buyers can check out.
Create a coupon
Click New coupon and choose:Single coupon fields

Bulk create
Bulk creation generates many unique codes with shared settings (discount type, sale phase, limits, etc.). After creation, use Download CSV to retrieve the generated codes.Manage coupons
Search and filter
- Search — match by code or internal note
- State filter — All, Active, Inactive, or Archived

Select coupons with the row checkboxes, then stage Activate or Deactivate for the selection. Click Save changes to apply staged status updates. The page blocks navigation while unsaved coupon status changes are pending. Individual coupons can also be edited or archived from the row actions menu.Export

Can a coupon apply to only one package?
Yes. Use the optional package restriction in the coupon builder, or create a coupon directly from a package editor with the package pre-selected.

Flat discounts use currencies already present in your event’s packages — not the full gateway currency list.

Inactive codes can be reactivated quickly. Archived codes are retired from day-to-day use but kept for records.
