9Pic Checkout is a Beta, Enterprise plan feature. It carries a Beta badge in the event product nav and is locked below Enterprise. If it’s still locked after upgrading, email support@9pic.ai.

Overview

9Pic Checkout lets participants buy event photos directly from the event page. Open it from an event’s product navigation: 9pic Checkout. The product has four tabs:
Store Original Photos is required. Buyers need the original files after payment, so the event must have Store Original Photos enabled before Checkout will open. Set this when creating the event (an Enterprise option). Until it’s on, Checkout shows a notice that original photos must be stored first.

Checkout Setup

The Overview tab tracks three setup areas. Complete them on the Configuration tab:
1

1. Checkout

Assign a Stripe or Xendit gateway (from your organisation’s Payment Configuration), configure buyer support contact, and enable checkout when ready.
2

2. Package

Create and publish at least one package. A package defines what buyers can purchase — single photos, bundles, or all photos — for a pre-event or post-event sale phase.
3

3. Buyer options (optional)

Optionally let buyers pick extra photos from the full event library or a curated pool, and enable search refresh so buyers can re-search as later photos upload (recommended for multi-day events). See Buyer photo options.
Each setup card shows Done or Pending. When checkout is live, the header badge reads Active instead of Setup Required.

Before you can enable checkout

All of the following must be in place: The Enable checkout toggle stays disabled until all three are complete.

Legacy Checkout

If an event still uses the older photo-purchase flow, the tab shows a legacy panel instead of the current four-tab UI, with guidance on moving to the new checkout. Email support@9pic.ai if you need help upgrading that event while keeping purchase history.

Common Questions

Stripe and Xendit. Gateway credentials are created once on the Payment Configuration page, then assigned per event on the Configuration tab.
Yes. Checkout is enabled per event. Assign a gateway, publish a package, configure support contact, and enable checkout on just that event.
You need a supported gateway assigned, at least one published package, and buyer support contact filled in (email, phone, or instructions). The Configuration tab lists anything still missing.
The package builder currently supports Photos only. Additional product types may appear as preview tiles in the builder but are not selectable yet.
