Overview

A package is what buyers purchase at checkout. Each package belongs to a sale phase, contains one or more pricing items, and has a status that controls visibility. Open the package builder from Configuration → Packages → New package, or edit an existing package from the list.

Sale phase

Choose when the package is meant to sell: Buyers only see packages that match the current sale context on the event page.

Product type

The builder currently supports Photos only. Other product types may appear as preview tiles but cannot be selected yet.

Pricing items

Each package can include multiple pricing lines. For each line, choose a pricing mode: Add more than one line in the same package to offer tiers (for example, single photo and bundle options side by side).

Package details

Finish the package with:
Stripe and Xendit support different currency lists. The builder only shows currencies valid for your event’s gateway.

Package states

At least one published package is required before you can enable checkout.

Coupons from a package

When editing a package, you can add a coupon scoped to that package. This opens the coupon builder with the package pre-selected. See Coupons.

Common Questions

Yes. Create separate packages — one per sale phase — each with its own pricing.
Buyers no longer see it at checkout. Existing orders are unaffected.
Edit the package in the builder. Be mindful that new buyers see updated prices; completed orders keep their original pricing snapshot.
