Overview

The Footer & Social tab lets you add a line of custom text to the bottom of every page on your gallery website, and connect your social media profiles so visitors can follow you. How to Access

Go to Settings

Click Settings in the left sidebar.

Select Footer & Social

Click the Footer & Social tab.

Footer Text

Add a short line of text that appears at the bottom of every page on your website. Common uses:
  • Copyright notice — e.g. © 2025 Your Organisation
  • Photographer credit
  • Sponsor acknowledgement

Enter your footer text

In the Footer card, type your text in the Footer Text field.

Save

Click Save Footer Changes at the bottom of the page.
Add links to your social profiles. They appear as clickable icons in your website footer.

Click Add Social Link

In the Social Media Links card, click the Add Social Link button.

Choose a platform

Select the platform from the Platform dropdown.

Enter the URL

Paste your full profile URL in the URL field (e.g. https://instagram.com/yourhandle).

Add more (optional)

Repeat for additional platforms.

Save

Click Save Footer Changes at the bottom of the page.
Click the red trash icon on the right side of any social link row to remove it.
Each platform can only be added once. If all platforms are already added, the Add Social Link button will be disabled and show “All Platforms Added”.
URLs must start with https://. If a URL does not start with https://, you will see a yellow warning under the field.

They appear in the footer of every page on your public gallery website as clickable icons.
No — each platform can only appear once. Already-used platforms are hidden from the dropdown for other rows.
