Overview

Your Profile Settings allows you to manage your personal details and account security. You can update your name and change your password at any time to keep your account information accurate and secure. How to Access Profile Settings

You can find your profile settings at the bottom of the sidebar menu.

Locate the Profile Menu

Look at the bottom left of your dashboard sidebar, where your name and email are displayed next to the logout button.

Click on 'Profile'

Click on your name or the Profile option to open your account settings.

Updating Your Name

Keeping your name up to date helps your team members identify who is performing specific actions in the dashboard.

Enter Your Name

In the Account & Profile section, you will see fields for your First Name and Last Name.

Save Changes

After entering your names, click the Save Changes button. You will see a confirmation message once the update is successful.

Changing Your Password

We recommend changing your password periodically or if you suspect your account security might be compromised.

Click 'Change Password'

In the Password section, click the Change Password button to reveal the password update form.

Enter Passwords

You will need to enter:
  • Current Password: Your existing password for verification.
  • New Password: Your new password (must be at least 8 characters).
  • Confirm New Password: Re-type your new password to ensure there are no typos.

Update Password

Click the Update Password button. If the current password is correct and the new passwords match, your password will be updated instantly.
Choose a strong password that you don’t use for other services to maximize your account security.
If you forget your password and cannot log in, use the Forgot Password link on the login screen to receive a reset link via email.

Common Questions

Currently, email addresses are fixed to your account. If you need to change your login email, please contact our support team.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long. For better security, we recommend using a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
Make sure the Current Password is correct and the new passwords match exactly.
