  • BIB search returns no results.
  • Name search returns no results.
  • Selfie search does not find matches.

Quick Checks

  1. Confirm photos are synced and processed (participants can only search what’s available).
  2. Confirm search features are enabled in Photos > Configuration.
  3. For running events: confirm BIB/Name search is enabled and correctly configured.

Fix Steps

Open Configuration

Open your event, go to Photos > Configuration.

Enable the right search toggles

Turn on Selfie Search and (for running events) BIB Search / Name Search.

Re-process if required

If you changed search settings after importing photos, re-run processing so new tags/indexes are applied.
