Overview

The Branding & Theme tab controls the visual identity of your event gallery website. You can set your brand color, choose how the header looks, add a call-to-action button, and upload your logo and favicon. How to Access

Go to Settings

Click Settings in the left sidebar.

Select Branding & Theme

Click the Branding & Theme tab (it is selected by default when you open Settings).

Theme Color

The theme color is used for buttons, links, and accents throughout your gallery website.

Pick your color

In the Theme Color card, click the color swatch on the left to open a color picker, or type a hex code directly into the text field (e.g. #2E6F40).

Preview

A colored preview bar on the right shows the selected color in real time.

Save

Click Save Branding Changes at the bottom of the page.

Header Design

Choose how the navigation header looks on your gallery website.
StyleDescription
DefaultWhite header with colored accents on active links.
FillHeader background is filled with your theme color, with white text and links.

Select a style

In the Header Design card, click either the Default or Fill option. A checkmark appears on the selected style.

Header Call-to-Action Button

Add a prominent button to your website header linking visitors to any URL you choose — useful for registration pages, ticketing, or your main website.

Enable the CTA

In the Header Call-to-Action card, toggle Enable Header CTA on.

Enter button text

Type the text for the button in the Button Text field (e.g. Register Now).

Enter the link

Paste the full URL in the Button Link field (e.g. https://example.com/register).

Choose position

Click Left or Right to position the button on the left or right side of the header. A live preview updates as you make changes.
Keep button text short and action-oriented — “Register Now”, “Get Tickets”, or “Learn More” work well.
The CTA button fields (text, link, position) only appear after you toggle the Enable Header CTA switch on.

Identity (Name, Logo, Favicon)

Organisation Name

The name displayed across the platform and on your gallery website.

Update name

In the Identity card, find the Organisation Name field and type your organization’s name.
Your logo appears in the header of your gallery website.

Upload or paste URL

Click the Logo field to upload an image file or paste a URL to an existing logo.
Use a transparent PNG for best results. Maximum file size is 300KB.

Favicon

The favicon is the small icon shown in browser tabs when visitors view your website.

Upload or paste URL

Click the Favicon field to upload an image or paste a URL.
Recommended size is 32×32 or 16×16 pixels. Maximum file size is 100KB.

Common Questions

It is used for buttons, active link highlights, and accents across your gallery website. If you choose the Fill header design, it also fills the header background.
No — only one header CTA button is supported. Choose the most important action for your visitors.
Upload a higher-resolution PNG with a transparent background.
Clear your browser cache after saving changes. Browsers can cache favicons for a long time.
