Symptoms

  • You clicked Sync Images and it finished, but you still don’t see new photos.
  • Photo count is not increasing.

Quick Checks

  1. Confirm the correct event is open (right event name and date).
  2. In Image Sources, confirm the source is Live.
  3. Confirm the source folder is the one where new photos are actually being added.

Fix Steps

Open Manage Sources

In Photos > Overview, find Image Sources and click Manage Sources.

Check source status and path

Verify the correct provider and folder/path is connected, and the status shows Live.

Run Sync Images again

Go back to Overview and click Sync Images again after fixing the source.

Wait for import to finish

Large folders can take time. Refresh after a few minutes.
If a provider was disconnected and reconnected, it may take a fresh sync to pick up new folders/permissions.
