  • You click Login but nothing happens.

Quick Checks

  1. Confirm you are signing in at admin.9pic.ai/login.
  2. Re-type your email and password (passwords are case-sensitive).
  3. Try an incognito/private window to rule out browser extensions.

Re-enter credentials

Re-type both fields and try again (avoid copy/paste if your password manager adds spaces).

Use Forgot password

Click Forgot password? and follow the email reset flow.

Fix: You Don’t Have Access Yet

If you are new to an organization, you must be invited.

Ask your org admin to invite you

The org admin can invite you from the Team page.

Try again after accepting the invite

Once you accept the invite, sign in again.
