Symptoms

  • Processing stops or won’t start.
  • You see a credits warning or “insufficient credits” message.

Fix Steps

Open Credits

In the sidebar, open Credits to check your balance.

Add credits (if available)

If your account supports it, click Add Credits and complete payment.

Retry processing

Return to Photos > Overview and click Start Processing again.
Some organizations use custom billing and may not show self-serve top-ups inside the dashboard.
