How to Access

1

Go to Settings

Click Settings in the left sidebar.
2

Select Contact & About

Click the Contact & About tab.

Contact Form

Embed a contact form from an external service so visitors can reach you directly from your gallery website.
1

Create your form

Go to Google Forms and create a contact form with fields like Name, Email, and Message.
2

Get the embed URL

In Google Forms, click SendEmbed (< > icon) → copy the URL from the src attribute. It ends with ?embedded=true.
3

Paste the URL

Paste the URL into the iFrame Source URL field in the Contact Form card.
4

Save

Click Save Contact Changes at the bottom of the page.
The Script Source (Optional) field is only needed for certain advanced form providers that require an additional JavaScript file to load. Leave it empty if you are using Google Forms.
The embed URL from Google Forms looks like: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/XXXX/viewform?embedded=true

About Us

Write content that appears on the About Us page of your gallery website. This supports HTML so you can add headings, paragraphs, and basic formatting.
1

Write your content

In the About Us card, type your content in the About Us Content text area. You can use HTML tags like
,
, and for formatting.
2

Save

Click Save Contact Changes at the bottom of the page.
Keep your About Us content concise. Include who you are, the types of events you cover, and how participants can get in touch.

Troubleshooting

 • Contact form not showing on the website: Make sure the iFrame URL ends with ?embedded=true.
 • Form shows an error or blank box: Check that the URL is the embed URL, not the regular form URL.

Common Questions

Yes — any service that provides an iframe embed URL will work. Paste the embed URL into the iFrame Source URL field.
The field supports HTML, so you can embed images using tags. However, keep it simple for best results across devices.
