Overview

The AI Image Analysis tab focuses on rotation detection. It lists photos that were flagged during Go Live and lets you review, skip, or fix them with AI-powered rotation. TODO screenshot: /images/photos/ai-analysis-tab.png (show AI Image Analysis tab with Queue/Results toggle)

How It Works

  • Rotated images are detected during Go Live.
  • You can review them in Queue (pending/processing/skipped) or Results (completed/failed/skipped).
  • Use Process AI Rotation to fix selected or all pending images.

Step-by-Step

1

Open AI Image Analysis

Go to your event, then open Photos → AI Image Analysis.
2

Review the Queue

Use Queue to see pending or skipped records. Select records to skip or restore.
3

Process AI Rotation

Click Process AI Rotation to fix pending images (requires Go Live processed or failed).
4

Check Results

Switch to Results to see completed and failed rotations.

Important Notes

  • Go Live gating: AI Rotation is only enabled when Go Live is processed or failed.
  • Credits usage: Each rotated image consumes 1 credit.
  • Skip and Go Live: If Go Live failed due to rotation, you can skip AI analysis and still publish.

Troubleshooting

  • Process AI Rotation button is disabled: Go Live must be processed or failed; check the Processing Pipeline status.
  • Rotation failed: review the failed records in Results and retry if needed.
  • No records found: rotated images were not detected, or Go Live hasn’t been run yet.
