Overview

Use this checklist before your event goes live in 9Pic. It helps avoid common issues like hidden faces, blurry branding, and low-quality overlays.

Required Event Inputs

  • Event Name: Share the exact event name with the exact letter case.
  • Event Banner: Optional, but recommended for branded galleries.
  • Logo or Ribbon Watermark: Optional, used for branding on every photo.

Event Banner Specifications

  • Minimum width: 3000px
  • Recommended height: 1000px
  • Supported aspect ratios: 1:3 (1000 x 3000), 1:3.5 (1000 x 3500), 1:4 (1000 x 4000)
  • Formats: PNG or JPEG
Avoid full-screen banners that block the photo area. Keep banners partial so participant photos remain clearly visible.

Logo Watermark Requirements

  • Minimum width: 300px
  • Format: PNG with transparent background
  • Placement options: Top Left, Top Center, Top Right, Bottom Left, Bottom Center, Bottom Right
Do not place logos where faces usually appear. If your logo is mostly white or black, add a soft background color with rounded corners so it stays visible on all photos.

Ribbon Watermark Requirements

  • Minimum width: 3000px
  • Format: PNG only
  • Background: Transparent

Design Best Practices

  • Use separate ribbon designs for portrait and landscape photos.
  • Keep ribbon placement to the side when possible.
  • Avoid heavy overlays that cover participants.
Do not use full photo frames. They frequently block faces and reduce the quality of final participant photos.

Pre-Event Checklist

  1. Event name shared exactly as it should appear
  2. Banner created in approved size and format
  3. Logo exported as transparent PNG
  4. Ribbon exported as transparent PNG
  5. Portrait and landscape ribbon versions prepared
  6. Final designs checked to ensure no face area is blocked
