# Credits & Processing

> When processing pauses because of a low credit balance.

## Symptoms

* Processing stops or won't start.
* You see a low-credits or "insufficient credits" message.

## Fix Steps

  <Step title="Check your balance">
    In the sidebar, open **Credits** and look at **Available Credits**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Purchase credits">
    Click **Purchase Credits** and complete the checkout. (The **Add Credits** button next to the balance is for 9Pic staff only — customers use **Purchase Credits**.)
  </Step>

  <Step title="Retry processing">
    Return to **9Pic Photo → Overview** and run **Process Photos** again.
  </Step>

  Some organisations use custom billing and may not see self-serve top-ups. If **Purchase Credits** isn't available, email [support@9pic.ai](mailto:support@9pic.ai).
