# Publish Certificates

> Distribute generated certificates to participants on the event page.

  9Pic Certify is a **Pro plan** feature (Pro and Enterprise). This tab appears only after initial [Setup](/dashboard-guide/certify/setup) is complete.

## Overview

The **Publish** tab is the final step: it generates and makes certificates available to participants. Once published, participants can find and download their certificate alongside their event photos.

## Before You Publish

Make sure you've completed the earlier steps:

* A data **source** is connected — see [Certificate Design](/dashboard-guide/certify/certificate).
* At least one certificate **template** is designed.
* Participant **records** are added or uploaded — see [Records](/dashboard-guide/certify/records).

## Publish

    Confirm the records and template that will be used.

    Run the publish action to generate certificates and make them available to participants.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Re-publish after changes">
    If you update a template or records later, return here and publish again to refresh certificates.
